Ordered a laptop to be delivered by click & collect. Had email saying it was ready for collection, but when I turned up it wasn't there. Spoke to Click & Collect who said they would have to launch an investigation which could take several weeks. So I contacted Save On Laptops who told me that I couldn't have a refund or replacement and would have to wait until the investigation was completed. I didn't how it was my problem if their supplier has lost the laptop ? Fortunately the click & collect people quickly found the laptop and I got it the next day. But I was extremely unimpressed with how Save on Laptops dealt with the issue, had it really been lost I would have been taking matters further with VISA to recover my money!
