Good price, good delivery, but keyboard was very wobbily. I've owned over 100 laptops (!) and this was the worst I'd ever experienced - it was warped and acted like a giant spring when typing. When I contacted SaveOnLaptops they said it was "normal" and refused to take it back, even after seeing a YouTube video I made of it.
When I contacted Fujitsu direct they replaced the keyboard without question.
