I bought this Laptop after being told by a Computer Shop owner that ASUS was probably the best of its type on the market.
I must also add that I am by no means an expert, and to say i was competent would be pushing it.
Since I've had the Laptop I seem to be struggling with it, whether it's because it is not totally compatible with Microsoft 8.1 ( I use it with the built-in mouse ) or my incompetence or a combination of both, I don't know, but sometimes, for no apparent reason, instuctions, I neither wanted nor appreciated pop-up, and other times the Left-Hand button refuses to do as instructed, which is very frustrating, as I said earlier I am barely literate in computers, so it may be my own finger trouble, I did take it into PC World for their advice, but either my explanation was poor, or they couldn't be bothered I don't know, but nothing changed.
I am now experiencing very slow loading times, which I've queried with my Broadband supplier ( Sky ) who said that times were marginally slow, and am waiting results from further tests, again whether it's me or the computer I don't know.
I should add that I only use the computer for playing games, so things aren't that critical, but it all very frustrating.
