Computer was DOA, but because I went direct to ACER (as per your website) for diagnostics, you now insist that you only knew about it after the 14 days. So I am out of pocket for the postage.
Also when I was talking to ACER , they told me the unit had already been back for repair once. Not something you advertise in your A- rating !
I will not be recommending you on this performance.
