I bought an Acer Aspire S3-371 Ultrabook 5 months ago and the service I received from this Company was excellent in every way. The order was dealt with very efficiently and the laptop was delivered promptly. It was well packaged, arrived in perfect condition and was easy to set up and was recognised by my BT Homehub without any problems. Having used the laptop every day for five months, I am delighted with it and although I am used to using windows XP I have found Windows 8 very easy to get used to and have updated to 8.1 without any difficulty. The laptop is very thin and light and I purchased this particular model because it was recommended by "Webuser" magazine. I am in my late 60's.
