We received the laptop very promptly but it had a fault where there sounded like a screw loose in it when you moved it. However, customer service was helpful and they were able to find a solution for us where by we were able to easily return the laptop for a replacement. The new laptop was received promptly and works well. It would be worth noting that I also sent a query about the extended warranty and received a prompt and helpful reply from customer service also.
