I purchased a touch enabled 12 inch laptop but after a couple of days usage I didn't like it mainly because of its size so I requested a return. I received return labels in a couple of days and I received my refund although they deducted some machine reset fee which was down to me not restoring to factory defaults before sending it back.
In the end I purchased an i7 16inch Asus AK55 and I never regret thereafter.
Overall a good experience with saveonlaptops.
