The service I received was excellent - fast and efficient. However, I am already having problems with the HP 250 which, or course, is no fault of Save on Laptops. I am in contact with Hewlett Packard who are doing their best to help me but with a Notebook that is only 6 months old I am, to say the least, disappointed. Hopefully the problems will be resolved in the near future. Despite this I would recommend Save on Laptops - a good online company with very competitive prices.
