I ordered my lap top on line as it was convenient. I chose to have the laptop delivered to my local newsagent. I did get a text to say it was there but the shop attendants argued with me to say it wasn't. It then took another 2-3 days for it to arrive.
Got my new laptop home only to find I had been sent the wrong product. It was not the HD lap top as detailed on the web site; it was not at all what I had paid for.
The whole process of returning and getting a refund was a long and tedious process.
Would not use this company again.
