Unfortunately, I bought the Asus AIO PC that was not working from the beginning and obviously contacted the seller - 'Save on Laptops' (SoL). They immediately replaced it with another which also was not working properly (how unlucky was that?). Another call to SoL and it was replaced without quibble. This time, it worked and has done so ever since.
Very good service and would use them again
