Ordered a Lenovo Ideapad Y500 in the Black Friday sale. The website was simple to use and I paid through PayPal which is always my preferred option. I requested the 2 working day delivery for £3.95 extra and my laptop arrived the next day, which was actually a Saturday!
There was great communication throughout and overall, I was absolutely satisfied with my experience.
