I ordered 2 laptops late in the night on Black Friday only to have to cancel one shortly after ordering. I sent an email off to the team asking for the order to be amended and for the difference to be refunded. What a surprise when only moments later, late on a Friday night, I receive a response saying this was no problem! Order amended, difference refunded and the new laptop now sitting on my desk, deep in the Irish country-side :)
