Quick delivery, however I have purchased several of this model as part of my business. They will not update from Windows 10 to Windows 10 Anniversary edition. I raised a fault last time I configured one of these as Windows 10 rather than WIndows 7 to be told that returns for software issues are not covered as this is not considered faulty. I also raised a case with Acer who said the same and spoke to a support representative at Acer who told me I was wrong. Luckily I have found that a fresh install of Windows 10 Anniversary Edition from the ISO / DVD installs OK.
