Dispatch on order delayed. Rang up said dispatch would be that afternoon - didn't happen. Rang up next day and found out delay in dispatch due to difficulties communicating with other warehouse. (Don't you think that it may be an idea to inform customers via e-mail when there is a delay of this sort?). Dispatch promised that evening with delivery the next day (a Saturday). My girlfriend cancelled plans and waited in for the delivery - didn't come. Turns out that the laptop hadn't actually been dispatched at all. It was finally dispatched on the Monday afternoon.
Customer services are polite, but promises aren't kept and significant inconvenience has been caused. I'll settle for rude customer services as long as they achieve what is required.
To sum up - This is the worst experience of buying online that I have had in years and I shop online alot. AVOID.
