This order was delivered on the day designated with a text message from the delivery man giving us a one hour slot which he duly turned up in the middle of. I'm very pleased with this laptop. It's much faster, quieter and cooler than my old model (also a HP) with a 1T hard drive which even me will find difficult to fill up. For a model with this spec and a Intel i5 processor the price beats most of the competition by about £50. All things considered I can't really fault this Company; a good one to deal with.
