Probably the worse online business I have ever dealt with. After I notified of them of faults with a PC I bought they told me to contact the manufacturer. Over a 14 week period I sent 4 emails and 2 letters by recorded post and all were ignored. Even though the PC was still in warranty they refused to have anything to do with it.
I sincerely hope that you dont have to contact them regarding a faulty item. You have my sympathy if you do.
