I was able to track my parcel through DPD in real time so i knew exactly when i can expect the van at my door :) which is a great thing.
the parcel was delivered in 3 days. the laptop box was contained in a simpled plastic bag and the box itself had a big hole/tear on the side, likely caused by rough handling, but the contents were not damaged.
Overall I'm satisfied, but not thrilled.
