Pick up point was unhelpful. Email arrived at 9.30 am and I went to the shop at 3pm - told item was not there and to come back at 5!
Sent husband at 5 who reported that staff tried to say it still wasn't there, but he insisted and they eventually 'found' it
Won't be using that pick up point again, however, very swift process by you so we'll done!
