The product ordered stated that it came with a 3 year warranty. It did not. When I contacted customer services they made me purchase the 3 year warranty and said I have to claim it back from the manufacturer.
This is not what it said in the item description when I bought it and I would not have done so if I had know this.
I had to spend lots of time trying to get this sorted out and I now have to wait 30 days to claim it back.
