first the laptop was not in stock, I accepted an alternative, promised and paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive when I checked the parcel tracking it said delivery refused as not required. this is a lie our office is open all day and nobody tried to deliver a parcel for me.
On top of all this I was overcharged by £ 30 pounds they took more from my account than the invoice amount. the last time I dealt with this company ever thing was perfect.
