Everything just works, ordering, update notifications on shipment etc... and the fact they use DPD for deliveries, as they are one of the best with their real-time tracking.
Nice that they have now dropped their "credit card purchase" surcharge, as I never knew the final price for goods until paying for them. This caused me nightmares when providing quotes for my customers.
