Purchase flow makes no sense.
1. If the shipping and billing address are different, you need fields for bith
2. If being shipped to a hotel (for example), that's not a business, it's an address
3. When I had to take a pic of my cc to email it - ridiculously poor process & security
4. When I called, the only search criteria for an order is post code
Overall- you're an ONLINE business. Please act like one.
