Excellent service overall, and the laptop arrived promptly and safely.
The only criticism I have is the website - I had an issue whereby I accidentally entered my delivery address as my billing address and there was no way of resolving this on your site (or not that I could see anyway). Having said that, a quick phone call resolved the problem and the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful.
