Customer service was good (I had to change my order by phone, I got straight through and it was very quick and easy), the order arrived on time, in perfect condition and the email updates/ order tracking was appropriate and clear.
Disappointed only in MSI a little bit. Apart from having to update all of the drivers from their own website (which is understandable based on the high performance hardware I was using, and their site isn't TERRIBLE, but not completely clear), I had a continuing issue with my USB smartcard reader. I tried calling which was frustrating and I was completely fobbed off. The staff were polite but sounded fed-up and only interested in getting rid of me ASAP. I then used their email support where I was also fobbed off several times. Also emails took much longer than 24 hours to respond which was disappointing. I can tell I was forgotten.
If it hadn't been for the poor MSI customer service I'd have given 5 stars, even with all of the manual driver updates.
I still haven't resolved the USB smartcard driver issue and it has been nearly a week now.
