After placing an order for a new laptop everything went smoothly. The same day I received notification that it had been despatched and I would receive within four days.
I gave a little leeway due to the weekend but on the sixth day I contacted them only to be told that the laptop had never been despatched and was actually out of stock, web site had said stock level was 20+. Why was I not told or contacted ?
Received a short apology and told money would be credited within 48 hours having had it for over a week.
what system/procedure allows this to happen..
