I am very pleased with the laptop and it matches my expectations in every respect.
I can only fault you on two aspects of your service.
When I paid for the goods, I did not receive any confirmation by email that the money had been safely received and credited.
Thereafter I had to chase you twice to get confirmation of the delivery date and time. I am afraid that is poor customer service.
If you could address those issues then the rating would be 5 Star and not 3 Star.
