As described! Delivery messaged with a specific on hour slot on delivery day (although a specific date when ordered wasn't stated) but can't complain as delivery was free! Was a bit miffed about a 1.3% charge for credit card use & 1.5% shen I checked out paying via paypal. Very pleased with item! Can't comment on aftercare as haven't had to ask for any & hopefully won't need it.
