Recently purchased a new laptop, the website itself was very clear and easy to navigate whilst deciding which to go for. The payment process was straightforward and I was able to proceed without problems. I had a problem with my payment going through but it was an issue with my bank. The website saved my details and the order for upto 24 hours which was useful. I like the choice of delivery options and the fact that on the day of delivery you can visually track the van and how far away it is.
