Shipping of the laptop was very fast. It arrived on the next day (though I order it with regular up to 5 days service). The laptop itself is of average quality. It is considerably slower than I expected, so I will be ordering some more RAM any time soon. The microphone is also not working properly (sometimes at all) so I will be contacting the support department some time this week. I would be able to provide better feedback after I see how this issue will be resolved. In conclusion - service rating - 4.5 out of 5, quality of product 3 out of 5.
