Very pleased with the product, price, communication and delivery speed. My only concern is the 19.99 nortan antivirus provided as an optional extra. It seems that this software is not compatible with the laptop i purchased and all attempts i have made to work around this problem have failed. Instead i have had to download a temporary free antivirus online. If it would be possible to exchange it for a compatible replacement or even just receive a refund for the nortan antivirus i would appreciate it. despite this issue i am still very pleased, and the cash back offer makes this purchase great value.
