Great, speedy service. Would have appreciated a little more clarity in email and text communications however: "There is a problem with your order" is quite an alarming message to receive; especially when it turns out that it's standard procedure to put orders over £1k on hold until you receive a photograph of the credit card used, and that there isn't really a "problem" at all :) That said, customer service over the phone was excellent - courteous, concise, and helpful. More up-front information about shipping and handling charges would also be useful, though the Saturday delivery service was excellent, and the courier provided a helpful, accurate ETA time. The product itself was well-packed, and exactly as I expected; thanks again!
