Frist time I've ordered online with this company. Call them first and got straight through and were very helpful. They only take orders online, which I did and selected 2 business day delivery and it came the next day. Item was new. Only slight experience issue was that the description of the product was incorrect which is why I rung them. They did admit that it was an error on their side and described to me the spec that I thought it was and that is what they sent me.
