Super cheap laptops, at least if they're on offer, and the site is great at listing detailed specs and other info. Product arrived when it was supposed to, and in perfect condition. Customer support was very good when I dealt with them - there was an issue with the info I submitted during ordering, they explained it nicely, and it took a 30-second call to fix and resume the order.
All in all, very happy.
