5 stars across the board - except for a gripe about delivery. Had good notice of which day to be in for the signed delivery. Subsequent email from courier gave me a one-hour window. Excellent. The courier didn't have my laptop - only an associated s/w key in a package the size of a fag packet. Phoned Save On Laptops who told me the laptop was arriving by Parcelforce and pointed me at their small print saying deliveries may be split. Hands up who reads all the smallprint. Hands up who read it and still assumed it might be a split delivery after receiving Good courier notification. This needs looking at - given their high standards everywhere else. Fixing it would solidify a top rating.
