I'm a regular purchaser as the prices are good and the deliveries prompt, Lenovo particularly have proved to be good value, extremely reliable and robust.
Customer service and support is no better than the rest of the computer industry however, why they think they can charge extra if you want prompt attention to problems is beyond me.
