Service was good, even though the paypal payment was late arriving at the supplier, but all sorted by friendly customer service in next to no time.
However DPD let the company down though by not delivering the next day even though I paid for it and the supplier shopped it.
It was in in the DPD Smethwick depot on 05:54 the next day but then took 28 hours to get to me. DPD customer service just fobbed me when I rang late in the afternoon of the day it should have been delievered
