Laptop arrived, but only after having to pay for delivery, even though it was supposed to be free. Was contacted by rude staff who theatened to cancel order if I didnt pay for delivery straight away, on a £900 laptop.
Also had to pay a fee for using a credit card, a must now adays when dealing with fly by night internet retailers.
