Much better than another 'niche' laptop supplier (spent a lot of time and money on a phone call to be told that I couldn't have extra RAM!!).
My only slight gripe would be that it was not made clear to me when the parcel would arrive at my local Co-Op... Would it be Saturday... Nah, not Sunday? ... Perhaps Monday. Aaaaah, it came on Tuesday! Just a note to say it would be dispatched on.... And arrive at ..... Would have been nice...
