Wide selection, good prices, great product info and fast service, would use this vendor again.
Having said this though, on opening the box and unwrapping the laptop I noticed a screw lying in the packaging which was from the underside (possibly due to RAM upgrade) and an unclipped keyboard which was raised on the top left hand side.
All in all happy though.
