I went for the X552 because of the dedicated Nvidia 710 graphics and the extra 2gb ram. However once I eventually updated to Win 8.1 the onboard intel HD4000 graphics took over and I am still trying to get the Nvidia as default. I guess it is all older stock (in the fast moving world of win 8!) that hasn't been updated as a matter of course. I will no doubt figure out the graphic issue and the laptop is very good overall. The delivery was next day and excellent. I just wish it was all up to date out of the box like my wife's ipad!
