Overall I was very happy with ordering of my laptop. When I first tried to order I got an email the following morning to say my order had been cancelled, upon calling them it was as my ipad froze on payment so nothing went through. I then ordered on main computer and all ran smoothly. Even getting a text in the morning from DPD stating an hour slot it would be delivered and if I wanted to change it I could.
