Save on Laptops dealt with my order speedily and efficiently even with amending my order. Windows 8.1 is not so user friendly on my Acer laptop when accessing files/set ups compared with Windows 7. Also there were a lack of freebies such as Microsoft Works/Games which were pre-installed on my old Acer.
