The product itself is great, couldn't be happier about it. It was well-packed too.
The major flaw was that I paid for next day delivery (since I needed the laptop urgently) but only received an envelope for my free game the next day. The laptop itself arrived one day late (so much for the extra £6!)...pity about this because everything else about the transaction went fine.
