Item was despatched swiftly and well packaged. However, I paid a premium rate for Saturday delivery and did not receive the product on Saturday or Sunday. Delivery was attempted on Monday, despite my informing the company I could not be in. I had to drive to Crawley on Tuesday to collect the parcel, a two hour round trip!
I shall be contacting the company regarding a refund of the charge for a service their selected company could not fulfil.
