In short I'm not impressed so far.
I ordered an Acer Laptop as it said there were over 20 in stock - ready for collection within 72 hours from a Collect + store near me.. However upon calling their sales team 5 days after the order was placed - its not left the warehouse yet. I should not have to chase to find out where my order is. Currently waiting for a response to my complaint - I have low expectations unfortunately given the tone of the lady answering the phone
