Your staff have been been excellent throughout my terrible experience, caused by your distributors choice of UKMail as its delivery partner of choice.
Buying a laptop from you has been an utter nightmare, which I accept has not in any way been your fault., and both Kate and Raj have done what they could to help.
However, as long as UKMail are involved, however distantly, I cannot buy another laptop from you.
In fact I will never buy from anybody that uses UKMail.
