all very quick and lots of choice at reasonable prices. Packaging good and excellent choice of courier where you actually known when they are going to turn up. Thought the packaging/delivery price for mouse purchased seperately was high although it did arrive next day not snail mail as was purchased on line. Will recommend to friends wanting new laptops
