Many thanks for the quick delivery. I receeived the package in excellent condition and well wrapped as it contained fragile goods. Delivery was on time as discussed over the phone when I placed the order. I was told over the phone that no charge(s) for postage & package. This was true. However, when I rang before I placed the order (2nd phone call), I was told that there was a rdelivery charge from the 1st phone call. I was given some kind of explanation that it was another site (not sure) but it was the same telephone no used for both calls. You also didn't have the item I was most interested in. It will take 3wks if I wanted the item according to you. 3 wks perhaps is a long time today. I was having special guests around, so I had to choose alternatively. I am very happy with my purchase and I will surely shop with you again. Both person (s) - male & female I spoke with were polite and courteous and thank you as it makes such a big difference. Had you been impolite, I would not have placed an order with you. I will inform my friends & family of your website. Thank you
