Savoy and Snook and their sister company, China Chaps, are both very efficient - put an order in and it is shipped next day on a next day delivery basis, resulting in very fast order fulfillment. The China is extremely well packed and protected. It is a shame that their delivery company sometimes lets Savoy and Snook and China Chaps down - I currently have one shipment missing. However, Savoy and Snook and China Chaps staff are very friendly and helpful and they are working with me to kick the delivery company's backside and get the missing parcel found and delivered.
