The item was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. Unfortunately it proved unsuitable for my 15 week old puppy who wanted to chew it which wound him up at bedtime rather than calming him down. He also did not like the heartbeat and gave a territorial bark possibly indicating that he thought it was a rival dog. I think, however, that it would be ideal for a new puppy's first few nights.
